摘要
目的研究蹄叶橐吾乙醇提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用多种方法检测该提取物对小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统的吞噬功能、溶血素抗体产生能力及对淋巴细胞增殖能力的影响。结果蹄叶橐吾乙醇提取物能明显抑制小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统的吞噬功能,能明显增加小鼠血清溶血素含量,可以促进脾淋巴细胞增殖。结论蹄叶橐吾乙醇提取物可抑制非特异性免疫,增强特异性免疫反应中的体液免疫应答。
Objective To study the effect of ethanol extract from Ligularia fiscneri on lmmune function in mice. Methods Phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocyte system and hemolysin antibody formation in vivo, and proliferative capability of lymphocyte in vitro were examined. Results It was found that Ligularia fischeri markedly inhibited the phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocyte system but increased the development of serum hemolysin in mice; it promoted proliferation of lymphocyte of spleen in vitro. Conclusions Ligularia fischeri can inhibit the nonspecific immunity function and increase humoral immunity function in mice.
