摘要
目的 比较三平正并殖吸虫(Ec)与卫氏并殖吸虫(Pw) 在水貂体内的寄生适应性、致病性,并确定其宿主性质。方法 取两种并殖吸虫囊蚴或童虫,经口感染水貂,以任氏液逸出法分离组织内各型童虫[1] ,或直接剖取肺、肝虫囊中虫体,比较两种虫的检出率,各型虫体的寄生部位,分析了Ec 与Pw 各型虫体侵犯貂不同部位之致病概况。结果 Ec 在貂体中发育呈多态性;其检出率为69.29% ,成虫率为85.37 % ,成虫寄生于肺脏为主,大型童虫在胸腹腔及内脏中占多数,少数小型童虫则寄生于胸腹肌内。Pw 在貂体仅见滞育童虫,分布于貂之骨骼肌内,Ec 对貂之危害性远比Pw 严重。结论 Ec 在貂体寄生适应性良好,貂为终宿主。Pw 寄生适应性差,貂为转续宿主。水貂感染Ec,可建立理想的动物模型。
Objective To study comparatively the parasitic adaptability、development and distribution of Ec and Pw in minks,so as to provide the basis for the experimental research of paragonimiasis.Methods Dissecting Longquan potamons and isolating metacercaria,minks were infected via mouth.Results Ec worms was higher than Pw in the rate of polymorphism 82.93% of adult worms were detected from lung cysts of minks,while most large and a few small immature worms were found in the body cavities.Besides,some adult worms of Ec in the minks infected via mouth were found to have immature worms in the early stage.Pw worms,which were stunted midget immature worms,were found in the muscle and body cavities.Conclusion Minks are good definitive hosts for adaptable Ec.But for Pw,who does not adapt to development,minks are the paratenic hosts.Minks infected Ec might establish ideal animal model.
