摘要
目的研究陈氏狸殖吸虫与猫及大鼠两种宿主的适宜性,为并殖吸虫的实验研究提供依据。方法从陈氏狸殖吸虫流行区采集溪蟹,分离囊蚴,经口感染粪检肺吸虫卵阴性的实验动物家猫、SD大鼠。40d后检查粪便,观察排出虫卵的时间,90-112d内剖杀动物,回收虫体,计算获虫数及成虫率。结果实验家猫阳性感染1只,粪检出现虫卵的时间为感染后第50d;大鼠阳性者4只,排虫卵时间分别为感染后第68、68、70、70d。猫体内获虫8条,成虫率为87.5%;大鼠体内共获虫16条,成虫率为43.75%。结论陈氏狸殖吸虫与猫和大鼠的适宜性均比较好,这两种动物均可作为陈氏狸殖吸虫的实验终宿主。
Objective To study the suitability on cat and rat of Pagumogonimus Cheni. Methods The metacercariae are obtained from crabs in epidemic area of P. cheni and are infected orally to experimental animals, two cats and twenty rats. The eggs in feces are checked from the forth day to observe the egg positive time. These animals are dissected in 90-112 days for collecting the imagoes. The worm sum and the imago rates are calculated. Results The number of positive cats is 1. The egg positive time of cat is the 50th day. The number of positive rats is 4 and their eggs positive time is the 68,68,70,70th day respectively. The worm sum of cat is 8,imago rate is 87.5 %. The worm sum of rats is 16,imago rate is 43.75 %. Conclusion Cat and Rat are suitable for P. cheni. They are the experimental host of P. cheni.
