摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与多种消化系统疾病密切相关。许多细菌在致病过程中,首先对其合适的宿主寄生部位进行趋化和定植,最后致病。此文从Hp的定向趋化黏附、定植和毒力几个方面就Hp致病机制的研究进展进行简要综述。
Helicobacter pylori infection is closely related to many digestive system diseases. The pathogenesis of most bacteria is chemotaxis and colonization in the appropriate parts of the host parasite, and then causes disease. The advance of research on chemotasis, adhesion, colonization, virulence and the mechanisms of H. pylori is reviewed in this article.
