闽南地区汉族人群消化性溃疡与ABO血型和幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性研究 被引量:7

The correlation of peptic ulcer with ABO blood types and Helicobacter pylori infection of Han nationality in Minnan area

摘要 目的探讨闽南地区汉族人群消化性溃疡(peptic ulcer,PU)与ABO血型和幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染的关系。方法回顾分析2003年11月-2014年12月收治的闽南地区370例汉族PU患者作为溃疡组,选取同期且同地区3 155名健康汉族志愿者作为对照组,比较分析两组ABO血型与H.pylori感染的相关性。结果溃疡组370例患者中,O型血者184例(49.73%),对照组O型血者1 251例(39.65%),溃疡组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);溃疡组患者O型血H.pylori感染患者比例(144/370,38.92%)高于对照组(838/3 155,26.56%),溃疡组患者A型血H.pylori感染患者比例(51/370,13.78%)低于对照组(602/3 155,19.08%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闽南地区汉族人群PU与ABO血型和H.pylori感染具有一定的关系,其中O型血人群存在PU和H.pylori感染的风险较高,A型血溃疡患者H.pylori感染的风险较低。 Objective To analyze the correlation of peptic ulcer( PU) with ABO blood types and Helicobacter pylori( H. pylori) infection of Han nationality in Minnan area. Methods Three hundred and seventy cases of Han nationality patients with PU were retrospectively analyzed from Nov. 2003 to Dec. 2014,and 3 155 healthy adults were collected as control group. The differences of H. pylori infection,ABO blood types between two groups were analyzed. Results The patients with blood type O in the ulcer group( 184 /370,49. 73%) were more than those in the control group( 1 251 /3 155,39. 65%),and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The H. pylori infection rate of PU patients with blood type O( 144 /370,38. 92%) was higher than that in the control group( 838 /3 155,26. 56%),while the rate of ulcer patients with blood type A( 51 /370,13. 78%) was lower than that in the control group( 602 /3 155,19. 08%). The differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion There may be correlation of PU with H. pylori infection and ABO blood types. People with blood type O may be high risk of H. pylori infection and PU. PU patients with blood type A may escape from H. pylori infection.
