摘要
目的研究ABO血型与痔发生的关系。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2017年1月本院收治的1 021例痔患者的ABO血型分布,并与生理学教科书报道的我国汉族已经调查的正常人群血型分布ABO血型分布(正常对照组)进行比较,用χ2检验进行统计学分析,再分A、B、O、AB 4种血型分别比较痔患者相对于正常对照组的OR值来确定各血型人群发生痔的相对危险度。结果痔患者的血型以O型为主,与健康对照组ABO血型分布有统计学意义(P=0.041,P<0.05)。结论痔发生可能与ABO血型存在一定程度上的关联。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ABO blood group and hemorrhoids. Methods 1 021 patients with hemorrhoids in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed with ABO blood group, reports and textbooks and physiology in Chinese Hart normal population have investigated the distribution of blood type ABO blood group distribution （normal control group） were compared. The x^2 test was used for statistical analysis, A, B, O, then AB 4 blood types were compared with hemorrhoids compared with normal control group OR values to determine the relative risk of each blood group hemorrhoids. Results The type of blood group was mainly O type, and the distribution of ABO blood group was statistically significant （P=0.041, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The occurrence of hemorrhoids may be associated with ABO blood group to some extent.
