摘要
热休克蛋白(HSPs)是一种应激蛋白,HSP60是HSPs中的重要家族之一.HSP60可以在天然免疫反应和适应性免疫反应中发挥作用,帮助机体应对过激环境.同时HSP60及机体对自身HSP60的免疫反应与许多自身免疫疾病的发生和发展有密切关系.
Heat shock proteins(HSPs) are proteins expressed by stress.HSP60 is one of the important family of HSPs.HSP60 plays an important role in innate immune response and adaptive immune responses,and can do a cellular protective function during stress.HSP60 and the immune response to self-HSP60 are closely related to the occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases.
