摘要
通过对煤泥浮选捕收剂进行优化试验研究,最终确定混合最佳捕收剂配比及用量。结果表明:在混合捕收剂间二甲基萘和煤油总用量为1000g/t,配比为1:3时,精煤产率达到了76.08%,可燃体回收率为80.43%,具有显著的经济和社会效益。
Through the experimental study of the optimization of coal flotation collectors, determines the best ratio and dosage of the mixed collectors. The results show that the yield of clean coal is 76.08%, combustible body recovery is 80.43% when total amount is 1000g/t, ratio isl：3 of two methyl naphthalene and kerosene and the use of mixed collectors has remarkable economic and social benefits.
