摘要
以某选煤厂原煤为研究对象,探索了浮选柱泡沫层厚度、矿浆浓度以及药剂比对实验结果的影响,结果表明,捕收剂选用为煤油,用量为400g/t,起泡剂为仲辛醇,其比例为2:3,矿浆浓度为60g/L,泡沫层厚度为8cm时最优。
Coal slurry was taken as the research object, foam flotation column thickness on the effect of pulp concentration and reagent ratio of experimental results. Results show that, the collector used for kerosene, the dosage of 400g/t, foaming agent for octanol, the ratio is 2:3, the slurry concentration is 60g/L, the foam layer thickness is 8cm, flotation is optimal.
