摘要
随着矿井原煤生产中粉煤量的急剧增加,如何解决因为粉煤量增大而导致的浮选产率降低问题,已成为洗煤行业当前迫切希望解决的问题。本文从实验室实验和工业实验两方面,对比分析了浮选药剂NALCO 9836在三交河洗煤厂的应用效果,实验表明,在保持浮选精煤灰分基本不变的前题下,选用NALCO 9836作为捕收剂,可提高浮选精煤的产率及尾煤的灰分,经济效果显著。
With the increase of coal powder amount in coal production in coal mines, the float yield decrease caused by coal powder amount increase has been a crucial problem for coal washing industry. By a comparative a- nalysis on application effect of NALCO 9836 flotation reagent in Sanjiaohe Coal Preparation Plant from laborato- ry experiment and industry experiment, the author finds out that in the premise of flotation concentrate ash basi- cally unchanging, the selection of NALCO 9836 as collector can improve flotation concentrate yield and tailings ash with significant economic effects.
