摘要
通过化学和工艺矿物学检验,查明了连生体是金堆城钼矿百花岭选矿厂辉钼矿在粗选段的流失途径。浮选试验研究表明:调整粗选段捕收剂、起泡剂在各作业的不同用量、比例,合理利用烃油的消泡作用,可在一定程度上改善浮选泡沫的性能,并强化辉钼矿-脉石裸露连生体上浮,改善浮选指标;针对不同性质的矿石,需采用不同的药剂比例,以获得最佳的浮选效果。
Through chemical and process mineralogy inspection,intergrowth is the loss way of molybdenite in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Mine Baihualing Plant rough flotation period.Flotation experiment show that adjust dosage and ratio of collector and foamer in different operation,reasonable use of hydrocarbon oil defoaming effect,flotation foam performance can be improved in a certain extent,and strengthen the molybdenite-gangue bare intergrowth floating,improving the flotation index; According to different properties of the ore,it is necessary to adopt different reagent proportion to get the best flotation effect.
