摘要
目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及转化生长因子(TGF-β1)表达特点及临床意义.方法 用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测和比较分析64例SLE患者和25名健康人血清TGF-β1及MMP-9的水平.结果 SLE患者组血清MMP-9和TGF-β1水平比健康对照组明显降低(P〈0.05);相关性分析显示TGF-β1与MMP-9成正相关(r=0.554,P=0.000).活动期SLE血清MMP-9低于缓解期,而TGF-β1和缓解期水平差异无显著性(P>0.05),两者与SLEDAI评分无明显相关性;血清MMP-9和TGF-β1水平与PLT成正相关(P<0.05),而与其他指标:ESR、CRP、BUN、C3、C4等无明显相关.结论 MMP-9与TGF-β1或两者的相互作用参与SLE的发病机制,血清MMP-9水平可作为观察SLE活动程度的指标.
Objective To detect the level of serum matrix metalloproteinase - 9 ( MMP - 9) and transforming growth faction - 131 ( TGF - β1 ) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and investigate its clinical significance. Meth. otis Serum levels of MMP -9 and TGF - β1 were measured by ELISA in 54 patients with SLE and 25 healthy controls. Re- suits The serum levels of MMP -9 and TGF - β1 were lower in SLE patients than in the healthy controls;In SLE patients, a positive correlation was found between TGF - β1 and MMP -9. The serum levels of MMP -9 were lower in active SLE patients than in inactive SLE patients,but no significant differences in serum TGF - β1 was observed between active SLE patients and inactive SLE patients;The serum levels of MMP -9 and TGF - 131 were no correlation to SLEDAI;A significantly positively correlation of MMP-9 and TGF- 131 in SLE patients with PLT concentrations was foud,whereas, the MMP- 9 and TGF - β1 serum levels were no correlated with ESR、CRP、BUN、C3 ,CA. Conclusion TGF - β1 and MMP -9 might be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE, and MMP - 9 could reflect the activity of the disease.
