摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种自身免疫病,患者体内产生多种抗体和细胞因子,累及多个系统.转化生长因子β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)是一种重要的负性免疫调节因子,能抑制免疫活性细胞的增殖和分化,抑制细胞因子和抗体的产生,在活动性SLE患者中,TGF-β1对免疫系统的抑制减弱,使得淋巴细胞的增殖分化失衡,导致了自身反应性T、B淋巴细胞产生和过度激活,参与SLE发病.以下主要对近年来关于TGF-β1与SLE的关系及其机制的研究进展进行综述.
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a chronic,systemic autoimmune inflammatory dis-ease characterized by the production of numerous autoantibodies and cytokines,and multiple organ damage. Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)is an important negative immunoregulatory factor that inhibits the prolif-eration and differentiation of immunoreactive cells,and it also inhibits the production of cytokines and antibod-ies. In active SLE patients,the inhibition of TGF-β1 on immune system is weakened,leading to the imbalance of proliferation and differentiation,which making T,B lymphocyte production and over-activation,and thus partici-pate in the pathogenesis of SLE. Here we review the recent advances about the relationship between TGF-β1 and SLE.
