摘要
印刷电路板生产线所产生的高浓度有机废液，宜分类收集，并应针对废液的特性，采取诸如混凝、酸化破乳、混凝破乳等预处理措施。废水经过预处理后，可集中起来在酸性条件下，投加氯酸钠进行化学氧化法处理，使排水的 Ｃ Ｏ Ｄ＜ １００ ｍ ｇ／ｌ。
The high concentration organic waste liquid discharged from printed circuit factory should be collected by classification.According to the nature of the waste liquid,pretreatment measures such as coagulation、acidulation demulsification、coagulation demulsification can be taken.The waste liquid pretreated can be accumulated and be treated by chemical oxidation with sodium chlorate in acidity so that the COD of the organic waste liquid is below 100 mg/l.
