摘要
采取投加硫化钠及石灰2种方法处理高砷阳极泥湿法脱砷废液。研究结果表明,当m(Ca):m(As)为5:1时,对废液中As的去除率最高;m(Na2S):m(As)为5:1时,废液回用时浸出效果最好,同时可保证物料中绝大多数铅、锑不流失。石灰相对硫化钠具有成本较低的优势,有望在工程应用中成为首选。
The wet-method for extracting arsenic from arsenic-rich anode slime waste water was treated by sodium sulfide and lime. The results showed that removal rate of arsenic in waste water was the highest when the Ca:As was 5:1. Leaching rate of reused waste water was the best with a little loss of lead and antimony when the Na:S:As was 5:1. Lime costs less than sodium sulfide, and is expected to become the first choice in engineering application.
