摘要
研究重金属螯合剂的实验室合成及其捕集重金属的机理,对其处理重金属废水的效果与无机稳定化药剂Na2S进行了实验比较.结果表明,重金属螯合剂对Cr3+、Cu2+、Ni2+、Hg2+、Pb2+、Zn2+和Cd2+等重金属离子的捕集效率多在99%以上,处理后的废水基本上能达到重金属废水排放标准,并且其捕集效果不受溶液pH变化的影响,同时能够显著提高生成污泥的沉降速度,使沉淀时间加快55%左右,并且生成污泥的含水率要比使用Na2S药剂低得多,使生成污泥的体积减少1.
The synthesizing method of heavy metal chelating agent was studied in this paper,and the mechanism of the chelating agent capturing heavy metal ions was also analyzed and experimentally studied.The efficiency of the agent capturing heavy metal ions such as Cr 3+ 、Cu 2+ 、Ni 2+ 、Hg 2+ 、Pb 2+ 、Zn 2+ and Cd 2+ was as high as 99% or more,and the quality of the treated wastewater can reach wastewaster discharge standards,and the efficiency can't be influenced by the pH value changing.At the same time,the precipitation velocity of the sludge was improved by approximately one time and the moisture of the sludge was reduced by almost one and a half times to five times respectively comparing with the result of inorganic chemical agent Na 2S used in treating with heavy metal wastewater.
