介绍一种处理硫酸装置含砷废水并制备三氧化二砷的方法,讨论了适宜的反应条件。先用硫酸铜处理含砷废水,得到亚砷酸铜沉淀;然后用二氧化硫还原亚砷酸铜,得到三氧化二砷,同时回收硫酸铜;沉砷后废水用石灰乳调节pH值,再用PFS进行絮凝处理。三氧化二砷产品达到有色金属行业三级质量标准,处理后废水达到国家排放标准。
A method for treating arsenic-containing wastewater from sulphuric acid plants to prepare Ar2O3 is described and optimum reaction conditions are discussed. Arsenic-containing wastewater was treated by copper sulphate to precipitate copper arsenite. Copper arsenite was reduced with SO2 to give As2O3 , while copper sulphate crystal was recovered. Wastewater after arsenic precipitation was treated by adding lime milk under stirring to adjust pH value and then polyferric sulphate as flocculant. Arsenic trioxide product met Class 3 requirement of Nonferrous Metal Industry Standard and effluent was up to the national discharge standard.
