外来扰动对土壤原生动物丰富度的影响

摘要 为研究不同程度的外来干扰对土壤中鞭毛虫、纤毛虫和肉足虫丰富度的影响,以丽水庆元百山祖自然保护区的土样作为测试土样,设置3个梯度的不同外来干扰程度:无人扰动区(W)、无人-外来扰动交汇区(W-Y)和外来扰动区(Y),每个梯度取4个样,研究土壤中鞭毛虫、纤毛虫、肉足虫的总丰富度、相对丰度以及群落结构。结果表明:W-Y区原生动物的总丰富度最大,为21368.8个/g土,其次是Y区,为18733.0个/g,W区最低,为15418.0个/g土;适当外来扰动,有利于原生动物总丰富度及鞭毛虫、纤毛虫和肉足虫的丰富度增加,其中以纤毛虫增幅最大,鞭毛虫增幅最小。随着原生动物总丰富度的提高,原生动物的群落结构也有所改变。 In order to study the effect of external disturbance on abundance of flagellate, ciliate and amoeba in the soil, the study took the soil of QingYuan BaiShanZu Nature Reserve as samples, and set up three different external disturbance degree including respectively without disturbed area (W), without-external disturbed area (W-Y), external disturbed area (Y). Every area got four specimens. The results were as follows: the protozoan total abundance in W-Y area reached the maximum (21368.8 a/g soil), that in Y area was the middle (18753.0 a/g soil), and that in W area was the minimum (15418.0a/g soil). Appropriate external disturbance was beneficial to increase protozoa total abundance and the abundance of flagellate, ciliates and amoeba, respectively. The increased amount of ciliate was the biggest, and the smallest was flagellate. With the improvement of protozoa total abundance, protozoan community structure was also changed.
