摘要
将VMI-APIOBPCS模型应用于集群式供应链,构建库存控制模型VMI-APIOBPCS I;然后考虑零售商跨链双向补货库存协作,将VMI-APIOBPCS I模型扩展为VMI-APIOBPCS II模型;进一步引入第三方物流,考虑其跨链双向补货库存协作,构建VMI&TPL-APIOBPCS模型,并利用Vensim软件进行仿真模拟,从库存水平、生产率、牛鞭效应和服务水平四个方面比较分析不同库存控制模式对集群供应链系统的动态影响。研究结果表明:第三方物流参与的跨链双向补货的库存协同控制模式能显著降低集群供应链系统总库存水平,有效平滑制造商的生产率,极大地削弱牛鞭效应,明显提高顾客服务水平。
The VMI-APIOBPCS model is used in cluster supply chain to construct the VMI-APIOBPCS I in this paper.Then the VMI-APIOBPCS I model is extended to VMI-APIOBPCS II when the across-chain replenishment occurs between retailers in different supply chains.Further,the third party logistics provider is introduced into the cluster supply chain network to coordinate the dual-pipeline replenishment and the VMI TPL-APIOBPCS model is proposed.The soft of Vensim is used to simulate the three models and the results are analyzed in some respects such as inventory level,production rate,Bullwhip Effect and service level.The study shows that the model of VMI TPL-APIOBPCS can remarkably decrease the system inventory,effectively smooth the production rate,greatly reduce the Bullwhip Effect and clearly improve the service level.
