摘要
介绍了几种不同的VMI&TPL集成模式,针对VMI&TPL集成模式的选择问题,指出TPL企业的物流能力水平是关键,并建立了一套评价指标体系来评价TPL的物流水平,然后建立了基于熵权TOPSIS方法的评价模型,最后用一个实例进行验证。研究表明,通过评价TPL企业的物流水平,并结合实际情况进而决定采取何种VMI&TPL集成模式是合理可行的。
In this paper, we introduced several different VMI-TPL integration modes, and then in view of their selection, pointed out that the logistics competence level of the TPL enterprise was the kev in the selection. Next we established an evaluation index system to judge the level of the TPL enterprise, then built the entropy-weighted TOPSIS evaluation model and at the end, applied it in a case study.
