摘要
目的研究探索疾病预防控制机构奖励性绩效工资分配要素体系的确立和权重的确定。方法采用头脑风暴法确定分配要素的维度、要求及备选要素,采用问卷调查进行要素的筛选,采用德尔菲法进行权重的确定。结果筛选出了8大类36个分配要素,并明确了各自的权重。结论该分配要素体系和权重的确立是基于一个标准疾控人员的假设,具体落实到某一岗位时,可对照岗位职责将非职责范围内的考核内容进行去除,其余分配要素按照权重关系进行标化。
Objective To explore the establishment of incentive performance-related salary system and corresponding weights in Centers for Disease Prevention and Control.Methods We performed the method of brainstorming to determine the dimensionalities,requirements and alternatives of allocation elements.Additionally,and selected crucial elements with questionnaire and then determined the weights by Delphi method.Results 8 categories including 37 allocation elements were selected and the corresponding weights were determined.Conclusion The distributional elements system and corresponding weights are based on a standard assumption of disease control staff.The chosen elements can be standardized by the weights.
