摘要
目的：观察氨溴索辅助治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效，提高临床治疗水平。方法：选取我院自2007年3月-2010年5月收治的98例老年社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为观察组（氨溴索辅助治疗组）50例和对照组（常规治疗组）48例，两组患者治疗2周后，比较治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果：①观察组痊愈35例，显效13例，总有效率为96．0％；对照组痊愈21例，显效18例，总有效率为81．3％．两组患者总有效率比较差异显著（P〈0．01）。具有统计学意义。②两组患者咳嗽、咯痰、呼吸困难、肺部湿罗音改善时间有明显差异（P〈0．01），具有统计学意义。③观察组出现恶心1例，腹泻1例；对照组出现皮疹1例，恶心1例。结论：氨溴索辅助治疗老年社区获得性肺炎可显著改善临床症状、提高治疗效果，且安全性较高。值得推广应用。
Objective： To observe the adjuvant treatment of elderly ambroxol community - acquired pneumonia clinical efficacy, increase the level of clinical treatment. METHODS ： In our hospital from March 2007 - May 2010 to 98 elderly patients admitted with community - acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups （adjuvant therapy group ambroxol） 50 cases and the control group （conventional treatment group） 48 cases , two groups of patients after 2 weeks of treatment, more treatment and adverse reactions. Results： （1）Observation group cured 35 cases, effective in 13 cases, total effective rate was 96.0% ; the control group cured 21 cases, effective in 18 cases, total effective rate of 81.3% total efficiency of the two groups were significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ）, with statistical significance. （2）Two groups of patients with cough, expectoration, dyspnea, pulmonary tales improved wet time were significantly different （ P 〈 0.01 ）, with statistical significance. （3）Study group one case of nansea, diarrhea, 1 case; control group had skin rash in I case, nausea in 1 case. Conclusions： Ambroxol adjuvant treatment of community -acquired pneumonia in the elderly can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve treatment, and high security, should be widely applied.
