摘要
为了使高职护理教育主动适应市场，需加大职业教育力度，构建以知识为基础、以能力为中心、以素质为根本的高职护理教育新体系，培养适应护理岗位需求的护理专业应用型专门人才。笔者于2011年3-6月根据我国护理专业的发展现状，从社会需求、课程设置、人才培养角度等，对省内外23所医疗机构的护理专业发展、人力资源配置、护生在校期间课程设置、护理人员知识、能力与素质要求及实习护生反馈意见等内容进行调查，以期为护理专业的教育教学改革提供参考。
In order to make nursing education actively adapt to the market, we need to increase vocational nursing education and effort to build a new vocational nursing education system of knowledge-based, competency-center, quality-fundament and train nursing professionals to meet the needs of nursing jobs. According to the status of the development of our nursing education, from the view of social demand, curriculum arrangement, professional training angle, the author has investigated nurses in 23 medical institutions inside and outside of Hunan province on nurse development, human resources, curriculum set, nursing knowledge, capability and quality requirements, practice nursing feedback and so on, from march to June of 2011. The author expected the investigation can provide a reference for nursing education and teaching reform.
