摘要
从财务管理及人力资源管理视角,探讨了综合性大学人力资源优化配置问题。通过深化大学内部管理体制机制改革,实施规范化、精细化管理,能使学校有限的资源得到有效使用,这对于我国大学建设好更优秀的师资队伍,培养更多的高层次人才具有重要意义。
This paper examines problems in the optimization of human resources in universities from the perspective of the administration of finance and human resources.It proposes to deepen the system reform of university inner administrative mechanism,to realize standardized and elaborate management,so as to make best use of the limited resources and build high-quality faculty and talents.
