摘要
随着市场经济体制的建立,高校教师流动日益频繁。但由于我国正处于计划经济向市场经济转轨时期,人才流动的法制不健全,所以高校教师的流动更多地表现出一种无序的或不合理的流动。针对这种状况,高校管理工作者应采取积极措施,参与人才市场竞争,促进高校教师合理有序地流动。
With the establishment of market economy,the flow of university teachers is happening with increasingly frequency.Because our country is in a particular period transforming from planned economy to market economy,the legal system of trained personnel flow is not perfect and flow of university teachers is not in order and reasonable.Faced with condition of unreasonable flow of university teachers,managers of university can't dodge,complain or brush aside.We should have a hand in market competition and adopt vigorous measures to promote rationalization and order of university teachers flow.
