摘要
目的了解不同科室护士职业倦怠的现状和差异,为降低护士职业倦怠水平,改善护士身心健康,稳定护理队伍,提高护理工作质量提供参考。方法采用整群分层随机抽样方法,随机抽取长沙市五家综合性三级医院600名执业护士进行问卷调查。所有资料均采用SPSS16.0统计软件进行录入和统计分析。比较不同科室护士职业倦怠现状。结果不同科室护士总的职业倦怠维度得分处于中等水平,其中内科、急诊科、手术室护士组在0.05置信水平上存在显著差异。结论内科、急诊科、手术室护士职业倦怠程度高,应引起社会和临床医院管理者的高度重视。
Objective To investigate the difference of nurse job burnout in different departments and countermeasures in order to provide references and basis for the following intervention in hospital. Methods The author carried out a questionnaire survey among 600 nurses that were randomly selected in Changsha, then employed the statistical with software SPSS 16.0 to enter and process the collected raw data, and compared the level of nurse job burnout. Results The total score job burnout among the subjects were in moderate level. The level of job burnout in medical department, emergency department and operating room was higher than that of other departments (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The average score of the job burnout of nurse in medical department, emergency department and operating room was significantly high. The society and hospital supervisor should pay more attention to this phenomenon.
