摘要
阐述护士职业倦怠现状,从自身因素、环境因素、职业因素综述护士职业倦怠影响因素及应对措施的研究进展,指出职业倦怠可造成护士心理、情感、家庭和专业等方面一系列的问题,医院管理者应从倦怠产生的主要影响因素着手,采取适当的干预措施,预防和减轻护士倦怠的产生,稳定护理团队,提高护理服务质量。
It expounded the status quo of nurse's job burnout.It reviewed the research progress on the influen-cing factors and coping strategies from self factors,environment factors and occupational factors.It pointed out that job burnout could cause a series of problems in the psychological,emotional,family and professional as-pects.Hospital managers should take appropriate interventions to prevent and reduce the generation of nurses’ burnout starting from main influencing factors,to stabilize nursing team and improve the quality of nursing service.
