摘要
目的掌握上海市闸北区中小学生因病缺课发生状况与发展规律,为探索切实可行的学校疾病监测与预警系统模式提供科学依据。方法对2009学年闸北区中小学生因病缺课监测数据进行分析。结果 2009学年闸北区中小学生因病缺课率为0.53%,人均缺课天数1.01天,小学生因病缺课率高于初中生和高中生;学生因病缺课以秋冬季节为最高,且以发热伴上感为第一缺课病因,占79.10%;其他依次为呕吐腹泻、哮喘和传染病。建议在老师、家长和学生中加强常见疾病、传染病的防控宣教,培养学生良好的卫生习惯与健康技能,降低学生因病缺课率。
OBJECTIVE Knowledge of the regular pattern of the situation that elementary and middle-school students absent from class because of illness in Zhabei, Shanghai will render us scientific evidence in the course of exploring feasible illness monitoring and precautionary system in schools. METHODS Analysis of the data i.e. the data about elementary and middle-school students absent from class because of illness in Zhabei. RESULTS The rate of elementary and middle-school students absent from class because of illness in 2009 academic year, in Zhabei is 0.53%, and the absent day is 1.01 per capita. The absent rate due to illness of elementary school students is higher than that of junior and senior school students. The absent rate due to illness reaches its peak in fall and winter, and the most frequent reason for absence is fever, which accounts for 79.10%. The other reasons are vomiting and diarrhea, asthma and infectious diseases according to frequency. CONCLUSION Intensifying publicity and education of common disease and infectious diseases prevention among teachers, parents and students and cultivating good health habit and skills of students, then the absent rate due to illness can be lowered.
