摘要
目的掌握无锡市中小学生缺课状况,以便提出防制措施。方法按照《无锡市学生缺课网络直报工作方案》要求对2011—2014学年无锡市中小学生缺课资料进行统计学分析。结果无锡市中小学生缺课率逐年上升,缺课率0.07%~0.20%;小学生缺课率明显高于中学生,男生缺课率高于女生,城市学生缺课率明显高于农村学生;上呼吸道感染、急性传染病、胃肠道疾病、意外伤害是学生缺课的主要病因。结论无锡市中小学生应加强锻炼,增强自身免疫力。同时,加强学校健康教育,提高学生自我保护意识,减少意外伤害的发生。
Objective To master the situation of primary and secondary school students＇ absence from school in Wuxi City, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the suitable control measures. Methods The data of primary and secondary school students＇ absence from school were collected and analyzed statistically during 2011-2014 academic years. Results The absence rate increased year by year（0.07%- 0.20%）. The absence rate of primary school pupils was higher than that of the secondary school students, the absence rate of the males was higher than that of the girls, and the absence rate of urban students was higher than that of the rural studentsobviously. The main reasons for absenteeism were upper respiratory tract infection, acute infectious diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, and accidents. Conclusion The students should strengthen theirexercises, and the school health education should be enhanced also.
