补益营卫对衰老小鼠皮肤组织bFGF表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过观察补益营卫对衰老皮肤胶原的影响,探讨补益营卫延缓皮肤衰老的深层次机制。方法:利用D-半乳糖120mg/(kg.d)皮下注射制造小鼠皮肤衰老模型。利用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析系统评价碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在衰老皮肤中的表达。结果:造模后bFGF表达水平显著降低,与正常组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。补益营卫后,高剂量组bFGF水平显著增加,与正常组、模型组、VE组、低剂量组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.05),中、低剂量组、VE组均使下降的bFGF基本回升至正常水平。结论:补益营卫能够延缓皮肤衰老。 Objective:Discuss the deep mechanism of supplementing Ying-wei against skin aging according to the influence of supplementing Ying-wei to collagen of aging skin.Method: The mice were given subcutaneouly injections daily with the dose of D-galactose(120mg/kg·d-1) in the skin.Using immuneohistochemical methods and image analysis system to evaluate the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in aging skin.Results:After the model,the bFGF expression level was significantly lower,and compared with control group there was statistically significant(P0.05).After taking supplementing Ying-wei,bFGF levels increase significantly,and compared with the control group,model group,positive group,and low-dose group there were significantly different(P0.05,P0.001,P0.05 and P0.05,respectively).The low-dose group and positive group made the low bFGF level rebound to the normally level.Conclusion:Supplementing Ying-wei can delay skin aging.
