针刺对8-MOP/UVA诱导光老化模型小鼠皮肤SOD、MDA、T-AOC、LF、ATP酶的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察针刺对光老化模型小鼠皮肤的影响,探讨针刺的抗皮肤光老化作用及其机制。方法:昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为空白组、模型组、针刺组、阳性对照组(维生素E组)4组10只。除正常对照组外,其余各组均每日用1%甲氧沙林溶液(8-MOP)联合长波紫外线(UVA)制备小鼠皮肤光老化模型。造模前针刺组针刺“足三里”“关元”穴,阳性对照组采用VE涂抹造模部位,造模后24 h内取皮肤组织。观察小鼠皮肤组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、ATP酶活性及和脂褐素(LF)水平。结果:SOD、T-AOC及ATP酶活性升高,MDA、LF含量降低。结论:针刺可通过提高光老化皮肤抗氧化物酶活性,改变氧化产物含量,从而达到抗皮肤光老化作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture on skin photoaging in mice and to explore the anti-photoaging effect and mechanism of acupuncture.Methods:40 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups-the blank group,the model group,the acupuncture group,and the vitamin E group,10 mice in each group.Except for the blank group,the mice of other groups all accepte 8-MOP/UVA to establish photoaging skin model.The mice of the acupuncture group accepted acupuncture at Zusanli(ST 36)and Guanyuan(CV 3)while Vitamin E cream was used on mice back in positive control group before 8-MOP/UVA.Observe the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),total ant-ioxidation capability(T-AOC),ATP enzyme and lipofuscin(LF)in the skin in all groups.Results:The activities of SOD,T-AOC and ATP enzyme remarkably increased.The content of MDA and LF decreased in the skin tissue of photoaging mice.Conclusion:Acupuncture can protect against photoaging skin through increasing antioxidant enzyme activity and decreasing oxidative product content.
