摘要
随着社会转型速度的加快及中央对领导干部素质能力要求的大幅度提高,一些领导干部存在心理焦虑、心态失衡等心理健康问题。领导干部心理健康问题产生的原因主要有:社会压力大、工作担子重、仕途压力大、外界诱惑多、家庭压力大。因此,我们应通过以下四方面加强领导干部心理疏导教育:一是开展人生观教育,使其树立正确的价值观、利益观和政绩观;二是加强领导干部心理研究,提升心理健康教育的科学化水平;三是完善人文关怀和心理疏导机制;四是增设人际关系课程,增强领导干部人际关系的适应能力。
The problems ,of mental health among leading cadres result social transformation, form their heavy work load and officialdom, and their family load. Therefore, we should carry out education on outlook on life, among them helping them foster the correct values, correct view on interests and performance, make a study of cadres' mentality so as to scientize education in mental health, improve the mechanism for humanistic concern and mental persuation, and offer a course in interpersonal relations improving their capability of adapting themselves to interpersonal relations.
