摘要
本文结合高校思想政治工作,对人文关怀和心理疏导进行解读,并从教育理念和工作机制两个方面,探讨如何在高校思想政治工作中注入人文关怀和心理疏导元素。
This paper combines ideological and political work to interpret the humane care and psychological counseling, from the educational philosophy and mechanisms to explore how to inject human care and psychological counseling element in the ideological and political work.
