摘要
就业不仅仅是学校就业部门的事情,高校应该把就业当成一个系统工程,从招生开始、直到就业和就业跟踪,从各方面入手,推动就业率和就业质量的提高。
Employment is not just the affair of employment sector of schools,colleges and universities should take employment as a system engineering,starting from the enrollment until the employment and employment tracking,multi-pronged approach to promote employment and improve the quality of employment.
