摘要
近年来,随着高校大规模扩招和我国高等教育向大众化阶段发展,大学毕业生分配出现了就业难的问题,并在短期内无好转趋势。导致大学生就业难的原因是多种多样的,既有社会性的原因,也有高校和学生自身的因素。解决大学毕业生就业问题,需要政府、高校、用人单位和学生共同努力。
The analysis of the reason and discussion of the countermeasure of the difficulty of looking for job for the graduates of our country rencentlly,with the large scale of the enlarging recuiting students in university and in a popular style of developing higher education,the graduates become more and more difficult to look for jobs,more severely the situation couldn't become better in the short time.There are varied reasons for the appearance of this situation.Inculding the factors of the society,the university and the students themselves.Then,how to settle this problem?It needs the common effect of our government,university,employing work unit and our students.
