摘要
本文从目标管理的形成过程、目标内涵、管理特性入手,对目标管理在高校学生素质教育中的目标定位、行为指导、任务分解、实施控制等过程中的应用做了一些具体的分析和阐述,旨在探索目标管理在高校学生素质教育中的可行性和价值,以探索和改进高校学生素质教育工作的途径,提高高校学生素质教育工作的科学性和绩效性。
This paper, starting with the forming process, the connotation and the management characteristics of management by objectives (MBO), concretely analyzes and expounds MBOs objectives orientation, action instruction, tasks analysis and implement control in college students?quality education, which aims to explore MBOs feasibility and value in college students?quality education. It is for improving the scientificalness and performance of quality education of college students by exploring and ameliorating its methods.
