摘要
本文通过分析当前高职毕业生就业形势,提出了正视危机,改变就业观念,转变人才培养模式,完善就业指导机构等相应的解决措施,从而帮助高职毕业生顺利就业起到积极的推动作用。
This paper,by analyzing the present employment situation faced by graduates of higher vocational college,comes up with some correspondent solutions to cope with it.Such as taking a positive view on the crisis,changing the traditional idea of employment,improving the model of talent instruction and perfecting the guidance organization of employment,so as to play a positive role in assisting college graduates＇employment smoothly.
