摘要
要解决大学生就业问题,在积极寻找外部就业途径的同时还要苦练就业服务的内功。目前,各级政府和就业部门现行的服务方式存在着诸多问题,如何弥补不足、破解难题,建立和完善大学生就业服务体系社会化已经众望所归,通过此体系的建立,会合理配置和整合社会公共资源,强化政府和各级机构的职能和服务意识,创新工作模式,对于大学生的需要作出深入思考,这样才能从根本上解决大学生就业难。
