摘要
首先采用溶液成型的方式制备PP/ATO复合材料,然后将其进行熔融纺丝制备复合导电纤维,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、广角X-衍射(XRD)及热失重仪(TGA)分析了复合纤维的结构,测试了复合纤维的导电性能。结果表明:纳米ATO在PP基体中分散良好;纳米ATO的加入可以有效地提高PP纤维的导电性能,当其质量分数为7.5%时,复合纤维的电导率可达10-6S/cm;ATO的加入没有改变PP的结晶形态,复合材料的结晶形态仍属于a晶型;PP/ATO复合纤维的热稳定性与纯PP相比明显提高。
The ATO/PP nanocomposites were prepared by solution-mixing method and then fabricated via a conventional melt spinning process.Electrical properties of the composite fiber were characterized by means of surface resistivity measurements and the phase structures were investigated via SEM.The crystallization characteristics of pure PP and ATO/PP nanocomposites were investigated by WAXD.Results indicate that nano-ATO was distributed in PP matrix homogeneously and the conducting network formed at low nano-ATO content.The PP/ATO nanocomposite with 7.5 wt% ATO showed its conductivity of an order of 10-6S/cm.The thermal stability of the composite fiber was superior to pure PP fiber.
