摘要
采用共沉淀法在亚微米级TiO2表面包覆ATO(掺锑二氧化锡),制得包覆TiO2导电粉。用TEM、XRD、XPS、TC-DSC等测试手段对粉体进行了分析,得出了包覆粉体的形态,认为ATO是以纳米级颗粒的形式吸附在TiO2大颗粒的表面。讨论了不同煅烧温度对包覆粉体表面元素的变化、物相、体积电阻率的影响及包覆粉体的几何分布形态与结构对粉体导电性的影响。得出最佳煅烧温度在500-600℃之间。
The fine conductive powder of sub - micron TiO2 coated by ATO is synthesized by the co - precipitation method. And the powder is analysed byTEM, XRD, XPS, TG - DSC, which educe conductive TiO2 morphology:ATO is attached to the surface of TiO2 in the form of nomimicro granule, and the coating of the TiO2 surface is not intergrate. The effect of the calcination under different temperature on the conductive powder surface layer element component's changing, phase transition , grain's growing up and the relationship between resistivity and coated power' distributing morphology are discussed in this paper. To obtain a good conductivity, the coated power shoud be calcined between 500℃ and 600℃.
