摘要
研究了多种功效助剂对复合抗静电剂抗静电性能和力学性能的影响及最佳质量配比,以体积电阻率、表面电阻率、拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度为指标,开发了一种协效且长效一致的多功能复合抗静电剂。分析了复合抗静电剂不同质量分数对低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)、聚丙烯(PP)和聚酰胺6(PA6)抗静电性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,复合抗静电剂各组分即脂肪酸单甘酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、羟乙基乙撑双硬脂酰胺的最佳质量比为38∶38∶5∶5∶10∶4。综合平衡抗静电性能和力学性能,最终确定复合抗静电剂在PE-LD,PP和PA6中的质量分数分别为2.0%,3.0%和1.5%。
The effects of multiple effective auxiliaries on the antistatic,mechanical properties and the best mass ratio of com-posite antistatic agents were discussed.Take volume resistivity,surface resistivity,tensile strength and notch impact strength as indi-cator,a kind of synergistic and long-term uniform multifunctional composite antistatic agent was developed.The effects of different mass fraction of antistatic agent on the antistatic and mechanical performance of the PE-LD,PP,PA6 were analyzed.It is found that the best mass ratio of the composite antistatic agent,fatty acid monoglyceride,fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether,polyethyl-ene glycol,oleic amide,erucic amide,hydroxyethyl ethylene bisstearate amide is 38∶38∶5∶5∶10∶4.By comprehensiving the antistatic and mechanical properties,the mass fraction of the compound antistatic agent in PE-LD,PP and PA6 is 2%,3%and 1.5%respectively.
