摘要
通过将十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵(TMDAB)、甜菜碱和导电炭黑复配,得到高效持久的复合抗静电剂,利用其对聚乙烯进行改性,从而研制出新型抗静电聚乙烯复合材料,进一步开发出新型抗静电聚乙烯管材,消除静电带来的安全隐患,扩大其在燃气管领域的应用。
Antistatic agent composed of tetradecyl methyl dihydroxyethyl ammonium bromide( TMDAB),betaine and graphitized carbon black were used to modify polyethylene in this article. Thus,a new type of antistatic polyethylene composite material was developed. Further,a new type of antistatic polyethylene pipe can be developed to eliminate the safety hazards caused by static electricity,broadening its application in gas area.
