人-组织匹配对员工创新行为的影响机制分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过文献回顾建立了人-组织匹配、心理授权和员工创新行为之间关系的理论框架,提出了心理授权在人-组织匹配和员工创新行为之间可能的中介效应,并假设了领导-成员交换在人-组织匹配和心理授权之间的调节效应以及组织支持感知在心理授权和员工创新行为之间的调节效应,实证结果有待于今后进一步检验。
