摘要
首先,梳理荷兰技术伦理学的理论概念,如价值敏感设计、元责任、情感可持续、负责任的创新等,从元伦理学层面进行概念的判断、推理和诠释。其次,总结概括荷兰技术伦理学理论的体系框架,沿着技术对社会的影响这条主线,从实践的层面把握技术伦理的现实意义。第三,从技术引发人们价值观变化的层面,探析和提炼诸多技术对人们思想观念的改变和对生活方式、行为的影响。从技术的价值到对人的价值的认识,衔接起关联它们演化的本质理论,进行次一级理论层面研究。在进行基本研究之后,采用哲学思辨与逻辑分析方法,以传统义务论和德性论伦理为基础,创建技术美德论的新责任伦理学理论,进行理论创新。
This article firstly clarifies the concepts in the ethics of technology in the Netherlands including value sensitive design,meta-responsibility,emotional sustainability,responsible innovation,etc.,and make judgments,inference and interpretations from the level of meta-ethics.Secondly,it summarizes the theoretical framework of the ethics of technology in the Netherlands,which follows the main line of the impact of technology on society to grasp the significance of the ethics of technology from the practical aspect.Thirdly,from the perspective how the values of people are changed by technology,it explores into the impacts of technology,e.g.information technology,on people's ideas,ways of life,and behaviors.From an understanding of technological value to that of the values of mankind,it presents an essence theory connecting their evolutions,and makes the theoretical study at the secondary level.After basic studies,it uses logical analysis and speculative philosophy to construct new responsibility ethics on the basis of traditional responsibility theory and the theory of virtue ethics.
