摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定当归片的含量。方法:色谱柱为Zorbaxl C18,流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83),检测波长为316 nm,流速为1.0 mL﹒min-1。结果:阿魏酸进样量在9.724~58.344μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6)。阿魏酸的平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为当归片的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Danggui Tablets by HPLC.Method:HPLC was used Zorbaxl C18 column,mobile phase was composed of Acetonitrile-0.085%H3PO4(17∶83),The flow rate was 1.0 mL﹒min-1 with detection wavelength at 316 nm.Result:The linear range of ferulic acid was from 9.724~58.344 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999,n=6).The average recoverery was 99.7%,and RSD was 1.7%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and suitable.It can be used for the quality control of Danggui tablets.
