摘要
目的:制备新芩梅颗粒,并对其药效学进行考察。方法:对处方药材进行提取得到干浸膏,采用一步制粒工艺制备新芩梅颗粒。建立3种不同的小鼠模型模拟银屑病症状,考察新芩梅颗粒对小鼠尾部表皮颗粒层形成、动情期阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂以及背部银屑病样皮损的影响。结果:新芩梅颗粒能够显著促进小鼠尾部表皮颗粒层的形成,明显抑制动情期小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,并呈现明显的量效关系;还可以减轻小鼠背部银屑病样皮损红斑症状,抑制皮损部位炎症因子一氧化氮和丙二醛的生成。结论:新芩梅颗粒可能是治疗银屑病的有效药物。
Objective: To prepare the Xinqinmei granules and investigate the pharmacodynamics. Methods:The crude herbal drugs were extracted and dry extractum was obtained. The Xinqinmei granules were further prepared by using one step granula- ting processing. Three different mice models of psoriasis were established to investigate the effects of Xinqinmei granules on the formation of granular layer in mouse tail epidermis,the mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelial cells during estrus and psoriasiform skin injuries on the back. Results:Xinqinmei granules significantly promoted the formation of granular layer in mouse tail epider mis,inhibited the mitosis of vaginal epithelial cells and alleviated the psoriasiform skin injuries on the back,and dose-dependent relationship could clearly be seen. At the same time, the production of inflammatory factors (nitrogen monoxidum and malonal- dehyde) in injured skin was decreased. Conclusion:Xinqinmei granules might be an effective drug for the treatment of psoriasis.
