摘要 目的:优化芩梅颗粒的制备工艺。方法:采用多功能流化床制粒机以一步制粒法制备芩梅颗粒。以流化床制粒机的风机转速、进风温度与蠕动泵的进料速度为考察因素,以颗粒成品合格率为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken效应面法优化芩梅颗粒的制备工艺参数。结果:最优制备工艺参数为风机转速1700r/min,进风温度65℃,进料速度按照4→6→8Hz进行。结论:Box-Behnken效应面法可以用于芩梅颗粒一步制粒工艺参数的优化,制备的颗粒质量达标。 Objective:To optimize the preparation process of Qinmei granules.Methods:The multi-functional fluidized bed granulator was used to prepare Qinmei granules by marumerization.The preparation process parameters were optimized by BoxBehnken response surface method.The fan speed,inlet temperature,feed rate of creep pump were chosen as independent variables and the yield of qualified granules was chosen as dependent variable.Results:The optimal process parameters were as follows:the fan speed was 1700r/min,the inlet temperature was 65 ℃,and the feed rate of creep pump was 4→6→8Hz.Conclusion:The Box-Behnken response surface method is suitable for optimizing the preparation process of Qinmei granules.Qinmei granules prepared by this method could reach the set standards.
