摘要
建立当归苦参丸的质量控制方法。用HPLC法测定当归苦参丸中阿魏酸的含量。采用KromasilTMC18柱,以甲醇-1%冰醋酸（30∶70）为流动相;流速为1.0 mL·min^-1;检测波长为320nm。阿魏酸在0.1041-0.8326μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为99.04%,RSD为1.01%（n=6）。本法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
A method was established for the determination of ferulic acid in Danggui Kushen Wan by RP-HPLC.The separation was performed on KromasilTMC18column,using methanol-1% glacial acetic acid（30∶70） as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 320nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1.The linear range of ferulic acid was from 0.1041 to 0.8326μg（r=0.9999）.The average recoverery was 99.13%,and RSD was 1.11%（n=6）.The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Danggui Kushen Wan.
