摘要
目的:建立气相色谱法同时测定麝香解痛膏中樟脑、冰片和桂皮醛的含量。方法:用蒸馏法制备供试品溶液,以聚乙二醇-20M 为固定相,涂布浓度为10%,玻璃柱,氮气为载气,FID 检测,检测口温度为250℃,柱温为程序升温。结果:在该色谱条件下,樟脑、冰片和桂皮醛三组分的分离度和线性关系良好,平均同收率(n=6)分别为99.7%(RSD=1.8%),99.2%(RSD=2.0%),98.6%(RSD=1.5%)。结论:本法简便、快速,准确性和再复性均好,可用于麝香解痛膏的质量控制方法。
Objective:To separate and determine camphor, synthetic borneol and cinnamaldehyde in Shexiang Jietong adhesive plasters. Methods:A GC method was developed. The sample solution was prepared by distillation with essential oil collector. The GC system consisted of glass column,with 10%PEG-20M as the stationary phase, nitrogen as the carrier gas, FID detector at 250 ℃ and programmed heating method. Results:The resolution and linearity of camphor, synthetic borneol and cinnamaldehyde were good with the recovery rate of camphor at 99.7% ( RSD = 1.8% ), synthetic borneol 99.2% ( RSD = 2.0% ), cinnamaldehyde 98.6% ( RSD = 1.5% ), respectively. Conclusion:The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of Shexiang Jietong adhesive plasters.
