摘要
目的研究点地梅的化学成分。方法运用硅胶、聚酰胺和葡聚糖凝胶等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从点地梅95%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为异鼠李素(Ⅰ)、山奈酚(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、长叶世界爷双黄酮(Ⅳ)、扁柏双黄酮(Ⅴ)、穗花杉双黄酮(Ⅵ)、罗波斯塔双黄酮(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅷa)、3β-O-5,25-豆甾二烯β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅷb)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷb为首次从点地梅中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Androsace umbellata.METHODS The silica gel,polyamide,and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies were used for separation and purification,and the physico-chemical property and spectroscopic analyses were used for structural identification.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and elucidated as isorhamnetin(Ⅰ),kaempferol(Ⅱ),quercetin(Ⅲ),sequoiaflavone(Ⅳ),hinokiflavone(Ⅴ),amenioflavone(Ⅵ),robustaflavone(Ⅶ),β-sitosterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅷa) and 3β-O-5,25-stigmastadien β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅷb),respectively.CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ and Ⅷb were obtained from Androsace umbellate for the first time.
